The wide range of perforated pouches made available by us can be sterilized and are manufactured using fiber-free packaging material that allows the package to safely hold item which need to be sterilized while its inside the package.

These pouches comprise :

• First layer of perforated thermoplastic film with at least one heat-sealable surface
• Second layer of extruded film having at least one heat-sealable surface (here the first layer is a bit oriented relative to second layer that allows perforations in of layers to get mis-aligned)

Here, it is also ensured at least one surface of the heat-sealable surface of the layer maintains contact with at least one of heat-sealable surfaces of other layer, thus creating a package from packaging material.
